LEADERSHIP SKILLS PROGRAMME

The programme lasts 2 days and gives an introduction to some of the key skills areas for leaders
We develop and facilitate leadership programmes specifically tailored to our clients’ organisational structure and culture. Coaching, mentoring and feedback processes form an integral part of our programmes. Action learning Groups can also be included to provide opportunities to relate learning direct to the workplace environment.
